Customer service and automation
WhatsApp chatbot to answer your customers at any hour
Many WhatsApp messages are the same questions: hours, address, how it works, whether you handle a certain case. When the reply takes too long, people look elsewhere.
I implement automated customer service that instantly answers what's repetitive, collects the information you need and hands the conversation to you when it needs a human touch.
What a customer service chatbot is
It's an automated conversation flow connected to your WhatsApp and, when it makes sense, to your website. It offers options, answers frequent questions and organizes contacts before they reach you.
When needed, AI is used to understand freely written questions, always with clear limits on what the bot can or can't answer and an easy way to talk to a person.
Who it's for
Anyone answering the same questions several times a day.
Practices and offices that get messages outside business hours.
Small teams losing contacts because replies take too long.
Anyone who wants to know how many contacts arrive and where they come from.
How it works
- 01
Conversation mapping
We analyze the most common questions and decide what the bot answers and what goes straight to you.
- 02
Flow build
I build the flow in proven tools like Botconversa or n8n, written in your tone of voice.
- 03
Testing and adjustments
We test real situations together before going live and fix anything confusing.
- 04
Training
You learn to edit answers, follow conversations and read service reports.
What you get
Everything is registered in your name and documented. Training is always included: four 1-hour sessions so you can master each tool.
WhatsApp customer service flow with menu and FAQs
Automatic out-of-hours message
Handover to a human
Labels to organize contacts
Optional integration with your website and spreadsheets or CRM
Documentation and training to edit the flow
Frequently asked questions
Will the chatbot feel cold to my customers?
It doesn't have to. Messages are written in your tone, the bot introduces itself as automated service and always offers the option to talk to a person.
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
Usually not. During discovery we assess whether your current number can be connected to the tool or whether a dedicated customer service number is better.
What if the bot says something wrong?
The flow is tested before going live, and answers are limited to what you approved. For sensitive topics, the rule is always to hand over to a human.
Does it work for healthcare professionals?
Yes, with extra care: the bot gives no clinical advice and does no symptom triage. It only handles appointments and administrative information.
Shall we get your next digital project off the drawing board?
A short, no-commitment conversation to understand where you are.
