Data dashboards to make decisions with more confidence

Most businesses already have the data they need, but it's scattered: in the calendar, the management system, spreadsheets, Google Analytics, WhatsApp. Pulling it together by hand to answer a simple question takes time, so the question often goes unanswered.

I bring these numbers together in clear dashboards that update automatically, so you can follow what matters without building reports.

What a KPI dashboard is

It's a screen, on your computer or phone, that shows your business's key numbers visually: how many appointments there were this month, where clients came from, how much was billed, how many visits were rescheduled.

Behind the dashboard there is data organization: defining what each indicator means, where it comes from and how often it updates. That part is what makes the numbers trustworthy.

The work draws on my Business Intelligence background: first we understand which decisions you want to make, then we choose the indicators that support them.

Who it's for

  • Anyone building reports by hand in spreadsheets at the end of every month.
  • Businesses with data spread across systems that don't connect.
  • Practices that want to track appointments, no-shows and returning patients.
  • Anyone investing in marketing who wants to see each channel's return.

How it works

  1. 01

    Questions and indicators

We define the questions the dashboard must answer and the right indicators for each one.

  2. 02

    Data sources

We map where each number comes from and connect the sources, ideally with no manual work.

  3. 03

    Dashboard build

I build the dashboard with a clean layout, useful filters and automatic updates.

  4. 04

    Reading and routine

You learn to read the dashboard and we set up a simple review routine.

What you get

Everything is registered in your name and documented. Training is always included: four 1-hour sessions so you can master each tool.

  • Documented definition of every indicator
  • Automatic connection to your data sources
  • Dashboard accessible on desktop and mobile
  • Views by period, channel and service
  • Access in your name, with no vendor lock-in
  • Training to read and adjust the dashboard

Frequently asked questions

Which tools do you use for dashboards?

It depends on the data sources and budget. Tools like Looker Studio and Power BI cover most cases; in larger projects, data can go through a database before reaching the dashboard.

My data is messy. Can it still be done?

Yes, and that's common. Part of the work is organizing data at the source so the dashboard is reliable. When the source doesn't allow it, we agree on simple changes to how information is recorded.

How often does the dashboard update?

It depends on each source. Many update daily or within a few hours; some require a periodic export. The update frequency of each indicator is documented.

Does it work for a medical practice?

Yes, for management indicators such as appointments, no-shows, patient sources and revenue. Clinical data stays out of the dashboard and follows confidentiality rules and the LGPD.

Shall we get your next digital project off the drawing board?

A short, no-commitment conversation to understand where you are.
