Training so you and your team master your digital tools
A tool nobody knows how to use becomes a cost. Training exists so that everything implemented keeps working after the project ends, and so you don't depend on anyone for simple changes.
It's included in every project and can also be hired separately for tools you already have.
What the training looks like
One-hour sessions, by video or in person, focused on practice: instead of slides, we work in your own tools, with your information and your cases.
The standard is four sessions per project, each dedicated to one area, such as editing the website, keeping your Google Business Profile up to date, reading the dashboard or using AI day to day.
Each session produces a short support document with the steps covered, to check later or to train new team members.

Is training included in the projects?
Yes. Every implementation project includes the training sessions. It can also be hired separately for tools you already use.
Can my team join?
Yes, and it's recommended. Sessions work well with small groups, and the plan is adjusted so everyone can keep up.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both are possible: online by video, from anywhere, or in person in Salvador, Brazil, by arrangement. Sessions can be held in English or Portuguese.
What if I forget something later?
You keep the support material and, for video sessions, the recordings. For 30 days after the last session, questions are answered directly on WhatsApp.
