For healthcare professionals
Marketing for doctors and medical practices within Brazil's CFM rules
Healthcare professionals have their own advertising rules, and they exist to protect patients. Good communication follows those rules while helping patients find, and trust, the professional who will care for them.
I work closely with medical practices and know the day-to-day of patient care. Every piece is designed to inform patients and strengthen your reputation.
What changes in healthcare marketing
In Brazil, medical advertising is regulated by the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM). Its Resolution 2,336/2023 allows, for example, showing the practice's facilities and producing educational content, but forbids promised results, sensationalism and using specialist titles without a registered specialist qualification (RQE).
In practice, every page and post is reviewed to correctly identify the professional (name, profession and council registration), avoid forbidden terms and put information ahead of self-promotion.
Other healthcare professions, such as dentistry, psychology and nutrition, follow their own councils' rules (CFO, CFP, CFN), which are also respected.

Frequently asked questions
Can doctors in Brazil do digital marketing?
Yes, within the rules of CFM Resolution 2,336/2023. Educational content, promoting the practice and being present on Google are allowed, as long as there's no sensationalism or promised results.
Can I present myself as a specialist?
Only with an RQE registered with your regional council (CRM). Without it, the identification is “physician” plus the CRM number, and the specialty doesn't appear as a title.
Can I publish patient testimonials?
Current rules allow it, with limits: testimonials must be real, without sensationalism or promised results. We assess each case and make clear it's the patient's opinion.
Do you work with other healthcare professions?
Yes. Dentists, psychologists, nutritionists and physiotherapists are also served, always following their own council's rules.
Shall we get your next digital project off the drawing board?
A short, no-commitment conversation to understand where you are.
