Digital presence
Google Business Profile optimization to show up in searches near you
When someone searches “near me”, Google first shows a map with three businesses. What decides who shows up there is, to a large extent, the Google Business Profile, formerly called Google My Business.
I set up and organize your profile the way Google recommends, and teach you to keep it alive with photos, posts and replies to reviews.
What the Google Business Profile is
It's the free listing that shows up on Google Maps and on the right side of search results, with address, hours, phone, photos, reviews and buttons to get directions or call.
A complete profile, with the right category, described services and information that matches your website, builds trust with Google and with people deciding where to go.
Who it's for
Practices, clinics and offices that see clients in person.
Neighborhood businesses that depend on people nearby.
Anyone with a profile created years ago and never updated, or who doesn't know if one exists.
Anyone who receives reviews but doesn't reply to them.

Frequently asked questions
Are Google My Business and Google Business Profile the same thing?
Yes. Google renamed the service, but the listing on Maps and in search is the same. Many people still search by the old name.
Do I need a physical address?
Not necessarily. Businesses that serve clients at home or online can set a service area without showing an address. We choose the right option for your case, following Google's guidelines.
Do you buy reviews?
No. Fake reviews break Google's rules and can get the profile suspended. The work is to make it easy for real clients to leave reviews and to reply to all of them attentively.
Does this replace a website?
No, they complement each other. The profile brings people to you; the website explains what you do in detail and helps Google trust the profile's information.
Shall we get your next digital project off the drawing board?
A short, no-commitment conversation to understand where you are.
