TIM Certification 2026: a tracking dashboard with automated data
A dashboard for Miolobirô to track TIM's nationwide team certification, updated automatically from the files produced by the testing platforms.

Miolobirô runs the TIM Certification 2026 for TIM, one of Brazil's major mobile carriers, in which teams from company-owned stores, resellers, retail and distribution take exams on different platforms.
Each platform produces reports in its own format, and keeping track of who was eligible, who had already taken the exam and who had passed meant cross-referencing spreadsheets by hand, several times a day, over a short period.
What was implemented
- File intake via SFTP and a portal, where the Miolobirô team uploads the lists of eligible participants and the exam reports.
- Automated processing (ETL) that checks the folder every few minutes, understands each platform's format, matches the results against the eligibility list and applies the certification rules.
- Web dashboard with login (Efizion Flow), with indicators by channel, region and topic, a list of outstanding items per person, a daily close and export to Excel.
- In-dashboard help explaining how each indicator is calculated.
- Infrastructure with tests, standardized deployment and backups.
What changed
Tracking the certification no longer depends on manually cross-referenced spreadsheets: each day's uploads are processed on their own and the dashboard is updated within the time windows agreed with the client.
The team can see, by channel and by person, who still needs to complete the exam during the certification period.
